I have worked in the NHS for many years as a BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist, EMDR (Accredited) therapist and Clinical Supervisor, within both IAPT (adult) and CAMHS (child and adolescent) services. Within private practice I continue to invest in  professional development ensuring I provide the highest quality care.  I have recently worked at the University of Lincoln within the Post Graduate School of Psychology as an Associate Lecturer.  I remain up-to-date with the latest research and NICE guidelines to ensure evidence-based practises are used and you receive the best possible care. 

I believe in a personalised approach to mental healthcare.  I will take the time to listen to your concerns and develop a customised treatment plan that meets your unique needs. I will work with you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals.   I provide a welcoming and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable discussing your mental health. I am committed to building meaningful  therapeutic alliances and offer regular reviews of progress to help you reach your goals.   

Face to face CBT and EMDR is available at my clinic in Grantham, Lincolnshire. 

A bespoke Ecotherapy service is available in Lincolnshire and the Hope Valley, Derbyshire. 

Remote sessions of CBT and EMDR are available via video to clients nationwide.
