Working with Kate has helped me bring real structure to my thinking, which has made a huge difference to my anxiety and how I cope day‑to‑day. Her clear, engaging way of explaining things helped me finally understand what was happening for me and why I reacted the way I did. The work we’ve done together has also helped me be far more present and actually enjoy my life again, instead of feeling consumed by anxiety. Most importantly, I feel like myself again. Friends and family have noticed and commented on the positive change they've seen in me too. I’m genuinely grateful for the positive difference Kate’s support has made in my life.
The therapy helped me to return to work when I had almost given up all hope. Gradually we challenged the fears and I felt able to do more on my own.
I didn't quite realise how bad my OCD was until I started talking to you and I hate to think how much worse it could have escalated if I didn't get help when I did. A huge thank you for all of the support over the last few months.
